Fruit on a cake...can't go wrong there

Chocolate Cupcake topped with Strawberry Buttercream

I had a few cupcakes leftover from the other night and decided to top them with some real creamy buttercream and strawberries on top. I love fruit on my cakes. It kinda fools me into thinking it's a healthier option! :) But it also looks and tastes great! I also love using fruit in my fillings and give my cakes that surprise factor of extra flavor as that first piece comes out. My hubby and I devoured them yet again. Oh boy! Gotta love them cupcakes!!!
