Cat in the Hat Cupcakes!
My almost two year old son, Oliver, absolutely loves the Dr. Seuss books. He asks me to read them quite a lot! I was inspired and wanted to experiment with some color and fondant. Sooooo! This is how they turned out. Vanilla cupcakes and buttercream with fondant covered marshmallows.
