Kiss from a Rose on a Cake

Just look at this one! It makes me want to write a poem! :P It is a vanilla cupcake topped with cream cheese frosting, fresh strawberries that resemble the petals of a red rose, regular cream cheese forms some white petals, a fresh blueberry, orange zest and an edible pearl as a garnish. Usually when I make too many cupcakes, I freeze them and thaw them whenever I feel like having a treat. We had way too many strawberries....I had to do it! And it paired beautifully with my Chai Tea. After that, I feel like singing...(hope the neighbors don't mind).
