Marshmallow Filled Chocolate Cupcake and Buttercream frosting
I made these cupcakes for fun and wanted to share them with the family. I don't know what to say... They were perfect. I had melted chocolate a few weeks ago and put it in the freezer...I just took it out of the freezer and broke it into pieces for a chocolately garnish. The marshmallow inside melted to perfection, so I still got the great texture of the cake without it being too gooey, but gooey enough to make your mouth water when you see the inside of one of these.
